Absolutely not, Rigging and Lifting is a delicate process that needs thorough training. Riggers are trained to calculate weight, suspension and balance of any load to avoid loss of lives or damage of property.

Mr Thabo Nkakala who is the Founder and CEO of Nkakala & Sons has over 25 years of experience in Construction, Lifting Machine Operation and Rigging.
10+ years experience in construction. Working as a shutter hand and concrete hand in different companies in Lesotho and South Africa
20+ years experience operating Tower and Overhead Cranes.
(Over 13 years as a Red seal Rigger & over 30 years as concrete shutter hand).
10+ years of experience working as a qualified Red Seal Rigger in different companies in Lesotho and South Africa.
